Came across this on Twitter and it is rather humbling!

In Family Constellations, ancestors eight generations back (and further) are often called in to lend support as we work through releasing the entanglements that prevent us from achieving our goals and our hearts’ desires.

Those ancestors who can be found eight generations back are no longer in living memory and are well away from the active family loyalties at play. In a word, they’re free. They connect with us purely from a place of love.
